| Clients arriving on flights
from overseas (i.e. outside North America)
are not allowed to pick-up the rental vehicle on the day their flight arrives,
this constraint being imposed by Moturis's insurance company
in recognition of the naturally fatigued state of such clients
upon flight arrival.
For all clients, Moturis provides booked transfers to the rental depot
from the
designated transfer hotels. Clients must have
booked such transfer — noting the number of people to be transferred —
upon booking the rental or at least 3 working days before the
pick-up day.
Except for clients staying at the designated San Francisco
downtown (i.e. city center) transfer hotels, clients must be ready
to be transfered at 7:00 am at the
designated transfer hotel and at the specified customer waiting area thereof;
said San Francisco clients must be ready as such at 12:00 noon (including Saturday).
Due to traffic or other unforeseen circumstances the shuttle may be slightly
delayed. No tranfers are offered directly from the airports
themselves, only to them at 11:00 am upon rental completion.
