The pick-up and return depot is located in the Amsterdam
city center (i.e., downtown), at Droogback 4A, 1013 GE Amsterdam, some 700 meters from the
very center of the city and approximately a 5-minute walk from Amsterdam
Central Railway Station, which station itself is connected to
Amsterdam Schipol international airport about 20km (12 miles) away by trains which
leave these hubs every 10 minutes. A taxi ride from the airport to the depot
will cost about EUR40 and will take about 30 minutes. You must make your own way to this depot; any indications to the contrary are misleading.

The depot is open for pick-up Mon–Thu 9:00am–5pm,
Fri 9:00am–4pm, Sat 10:00am–2pm. There is no
pick-up on Sundays. If you arrive via your own vehicle, you can
leave it with the vendor for the duration of your rental, free of charge;
the vendor will store it securely for you.

Return is meant to occur by around 12 noon. If
without authorization the campervan or motorhome is kept beyond the agreed rental duration,
the client will be charged twice the normal rate of involved days.
You can return the vehicle on a Sunday; but,
this entails parking the camper somewhere in the neighborhood of the
vendor's depot in Amsterdam, which parking will cost EUR3 per hour
(yes, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week), with this cost (and the associated risks)
devolving upon the client.
All our Netherlands rentals having a duration of 15 days or more
include unlimited kilometers, whereas those of lesser duration
include 250 km per day and extra kilometers charged upon return
at EUR0.35/km plus tax.
Although Amsterdam is the only location where pick-up can occur,
you can return the vehicle elsewhere if the rental
duration is 14 days or more. The following list is
representative of the extra cost involved in such a one-way rental. These
listed costs do include the tax.
