The pick-up/return locations in England are located at London (20 minutes west of Heathrow airport); Cheshire (near Manchester); Holyhead, Wales; and Edinburgh/Glasgow, Scotland.
Shuttle service from/to Heathrow to/from the London depot costs GBP45 each way for up to 6 people; from/to London's Gatwick airport the cost is GBP65 each way; from/to London's Stanstead airport or Luton airport the cost is GBP75 each way. Manchester to/from the Cheshire depot is GBP45 each way. Holyhead ferry terminal to/from the Holyhead depot is GBP45 each way. For Glasgow such charge is GBP85. For Edinburgh it is GBP75.
Regarding the Glasgow/Edinburgh depot an alternative transport to the depot is via Falkirk, main stop on the Scotrail rail shuttle between the two cities; from Falkirk the depot can be reached by a 10–15 minute taxi ride.
One-way rentals are possible between London and Scotland; i.e. in both directions. The one-way fee is GBP297.

Standard vehicle pick-up occurs 1 pm to 5 pm (i.e. 13:00 to 17:00 hours). Standard vehicle return, on the other hand, should occur by 11 am (11:00 hours). A morning pick-up time entails an extra night's worth of cost. The same is true of a non-standard return time. (The vendor accounts for cost according to standard pick-up and return times so that most vehicles can be prepared during regular business hours and delivered to a client on the same day that the vehicle is returned by the previous client. Thus the vendor doesn't lose out on renting that vehicle for that night.)
Late returns during business hours entail a penalty equal to the relevant 1-day rental rate; late returns outside business hours entail a further GBP25/hour charge.
Any extension of the rental duration requires prior authorization by the rental company; and no refunds are offered for early return of the rental vehicle.
Clients may park at the depot one personal vehicle per rental for the duration of the rental. The charge for this service is GBP10. However, the vendor accepts no responsibility for any damage to, theft from, or theft of that vehicle while it is in their custody.
A thorough explanation and demonstration of the rental vehicle will be provided upon pick-up. This orientation, together with completion of the relevant paperwork, requires approximately one hour.
Your motorhome will be delivered with a full tank of fuel. (Likewise it should be returned with a full tank.) The water tank, propane bottles, and toilet chemical repository will also be full. Toilet paper will be provided. UK/European maps and campground guides will be included in the vehicle, as will sleeping bags (if requested) and pillows and cooking utensils, dishes and silverware. Each vehicle moreover includes a microwave oven (in addition to the stove). Also included is a DVD player with a 9-inch (22.86 cm) screen which, altogether, fastens to the rear of a front headrest.
The included insurance is effective throughout England, Scotland, Wales. Insofar as a client chooses to purchase the relevant addendums, the insurance is rendered effective throughout Ireland and/or the entirety of Europe (Western Europe, including Scandinavia, and Eastern, except for regions experiencing general and violent political crisis). Hence, with purchase of the Ireland addendum (GBP7 per day, i.e. each day of the entire rental) and/or the continental addendum (GBP12 per day, i.e. each day of the entire rental), a client is welcome to transport his or her rented vehicle by ferry and/or the Channel Tunnel.
