More for less
The Dacia Sandero is manufactured by Renault's subsidiary Dacia in Pitesti, Romania.
In Europe the Dacia name is synonymous with great value
characterized by ruggedness, roominess and simplicity.
The Sandero stands out in its class for
its sharp styling and robust construction.
Reliable and efficient
The Sandero's benchmark, Renault 1.5 dCi engine is acclaimed as one of the world's most efficient diesel engines.
Its advanced technology includes second-generation common rail direct injection (dCi) which delivers high
performance and very low fuel consumption. Low CO2 emissions ensure an attractive ecological footprint
for the Sandero.
Compact and spacious
The Sandero's generous interior and exterior dimensions — especially it unrivalled cabin space —
are more in keeping with those of a vehicle from the next category up.
The rear bench seat can accomodate up to three adult passengers, though it is better suited to two adults.
A child seat can be fitted to each of those three spaces. In addition to the rear seat's roomy dimensions,
access to the rear seats is remarkably easy because the rear doors open to an angle of up to 67°.
The trunk capacity is also unbeatable for the vehicle's compact dimensions, while its practical, modular
interior layout is enhanced by the folding rear bench seat. With the bench seat folded, the total carrying
capacity extends to 1200 litres, ensuring that the Sandero stands out as a compact yet extremely spacious
hatchback capable of comfortably carrying up to five adults.
Safety at the forefront
Particular attention has been paid to Sandero's braking system, which offers the latest Bosch 8.1 anti-lock braking
system. In addition, the Sandero is equipped with four front driver and passenger airbags as well as calibrated
load limiting seatbelts throughout and ISOFIX child seat anchorage for the outer rear seats.
