| Renault's new Paris city office (a.k.a. DVSE)
is the nerve center of the whole Renault Eurodrive program.
As of 19 March 2007 the office is located on the west side of Paris,
tangent to the Peripherique (ring road) which encircles the city
in place of the old city wall (hence all the porte names). The
Peripherique allows one to drive directly to the superhighway which best
facilitates one's itinerary. The red stars in the maps below mark
the depot lcoation. Roissy (CDG) airport is represented by the grey area
at upper right of the large-scale map; Orly airport is represented by the
grey area at bottom. Some major attractions nearby the depot are: the River Seine,
the famous Roland Garros tennis stadium (home to the French Open tournament),
and the Bois du Boulogne (a huge park on the Seine, including a campground).
Addresss: Renault Eurodrive/TT Car Transit, 2 Avenue
de la Porte de Saint-Cloud, 75016 Paris, France.
Telephone: (33) 1 40 71 72 40 (wherein 33 is the France country code)
Metro stop: Porte de Saint-Cloud (see metro map below)
From October through May 15, the depot is open non-holiday weekdays 8:30 am to 16:30 pm. Otherwise
it is open non-holiday weekdays 8:30 am to 18:00 pm (17:00 on Friday). The IdeaMerge
software accounts for holidays.

pick-up procedure
The pick-up procedure associated with a tax-free, short-term auto lease
tends to go quicker than the equivalent procedure for a mere rental.
The reasons for this fact are several. No funds change hands upon
pick-up, for payment is made in full
at or within the 30-day threshold before the pick-up day. Moreover,
short-term lease clients almost always get precisely the vehicle
they have contracted to lease. (On rare occassions a free upgrade
is necessary, owing to unpredictable factory issues and the fact that all
the short-term lease vehicles are distributued to lease clients within a
few weeks of leaving the factory.) Simply put, there are few if any
surprises; and that goes for everyone who may happen to be ahead of you
in line. If there is a line. Far fewer people lease than rent, so the
chance of an unusually long line is relatively slim.
