Espace displays a strong personality: its wide track and sculpted

The flat floorpan makes many cabin configurations possible. The 
individual rear seats are installed on long rails that run the full length 
of the cabin. Temperature control is individual in both the front 
and rear of the vehicle, while the ergonomy of the seats delivers 
comfort close to that of a sedan.  
 
Espace is one of the safest vehicles on the market. It was awarded 5 
stars in the Euro NCAP crash tests and achieved the best score 
of all the vehicles tested. It is equipped with Emergency Brake 
Assist plus the latest version of the Electronic Stability Programme 
with understeer control, as well as ASR traction control. Espace 
guarantees optimum safety to all its occupants. Passive safety features 
eight airbags, including thorax airbags in the second row of seats - a 
first for an MPV.
